smoking with poplar
There is no short answer to this question, but I'm going to try. It's not that Poplar is bad for smoking, it's just that it needs to be dried properly before using it. If you are going to just go out and chop down some dead tree or cut up a fallen one that is half rotting, (like any other wood)...- expeditiondan
