After 4 hours I have had to add a lot more coal than I first thought it would need. I'm sure it has a lot to do with how thin the metal is. It's kind of leaky too so it looses a lot of heat and smoke. You get what you pay for, for sure. I got a couple ideas . Maybe a gasket around the lid and...- dieselfan1
