    Hello! We installed our baffle box on our Oklahoma Joe Highland offset smoker. It's all sealed up with gaskets and silicone, clamps for lid also installed. Not seeing ANY leaks whatsoever. But when we tried to smoke some chicken after seasoning the baffle box after install.... The far side...

    Thanks fellaz! They tasted great! Can't wait to get the rest of our mods later this week. Especially the baffle box. It cooks unevenly as it is now. The steaks had a cinnamon, brown sugar and multiple other spices rub on it. Was delish! I love me some cinnamon..., no matter what I put it on lol.
