New Smoker
Hi my name is Ed. I live in a suburb of Chicago. Just got a Cuisinart 4 shelf propane smoker. I am smoking a whole chicken right now. Tomorrow I am doing St louis style spare ribs. I am a long time grilled but totally novice smoker. I look forward to some great advice!
