Thank you for the kind welcomes. That brisket smoked for 9 hours yesterday then 2 more hours today before it was done, didn't expect an 11 hour cook time for such a small piece. Sure was good though! Started an 8.5 pound flat today, should make for a nice New Years Eve dinner. -
