Smoker Newbie. Nervous with a 24 lb turkey!
Hello! Just moved to Virgina about 2 years ago. Bought a Traeger and excited to start learning more about smoking meats. Although I am nervous about Thanksgiving! Not sure how to tackle a 24 lb turkey. Wondering if I need to smoke it overnight? No idea how long it will take. Any ideas out there...
