The Tri Tip was excellent looked so good I forgot to grab a picture before devoting it. Doing some brauts tonight, after they're smoked, wrapped in a honey butter crescent roll dough then chopped into bite size pieces and the dough is baked per directions. Great stuff
Howdy all. Just got into smoking meats last fall have a cookshack Sm25. I know I know electric. But I'm all about the set it and forget it. Living in Nevada. I've seen some great tips on here and thought I would join in. Doing some Waygu Tri Tip today so let's do it!
