    I started smoking my pork butt too low

    I accidentally set the cooking temp on my Traeger smoker at 170 instead of 225 for the first 3 hours of cooking. My question is can I safely cook the pork at 250 for the duration of cooking without concern for bacteria? I plan to cook it to 200 degrees before pulling it. Any knowledge sharing...
