Temp too high?
Hey all just wondering if anyone has a dyna glo smoker and experiences temp being too high when doing the minion method? I'm having trouble keeping it below 275? Never had a problem lighting the regular way but am trying to get a longer burn? Any suggestions? Thanks- tommyboy5522
