side smoker advice for Brinkmnann Dual Finction
Got a Brinkmann Dual Function for fathers day last year. Was planning on adding the side smoker this season only to find Brinkmann is out of business. Are there any side mounted fire boke that will fit or can be easily modified?- greenmntranger

One problem with living in the beautiful Champlain Valley is the short grilling. This however has never deterred me. Grilled Cornish game hens, or a yearly New Years Day cook out/ bonfire. Looking to branch out into smoking.- greenmntranger

Living in the beautiful Champlian Valley has one draw back....short grilling seasons.....BUT, to overcome this, I have grilled Christmas dinner and hold a regular New Years Day cook out? Bonfire party no matter what the weather. Joined to get some tips on smoking- greenmntranger
