Having trouble getting UDS under 250.
Just got done building my first UDS, this is also the first time I've smoked anything. I have two 3/4" ball valves for intakes, and 4 1" pipe nipples as exhaust. I lit about 10 pieces of charcoal in a chimney, and dumped them in the center of my basket. My basket sits up about 3" from a pizza...- bowhunter815
