Thanks for the input NWBHoss. I think I'm going to be fine. If somehow it does become a problem I can always move the bottom cooking surface up. My biggest mistake on this deal was not starting out with a completed drawing. But all it takes is a grinder, welder, and some time to change things...
Hello All. I’ve started my first smoker build and have a couple questions. First question is how close can the lower cooking surface be to the Reverse Flow Plate? Is 2” to close?
