    New to SMF

    Hi y'all I'm from west Texas and I have been making, curing and smoking sausage for over 20 years. I built my own smoker out of a 500 gallon propane tank it uses a gas burner along with a smoke generator. I was googling some stuff and found this forum so I joined. Very interesting.
