Rookie in the house
Hi all. Im in Illinois. Just got my first smoker this summer, a 40" MES. Have had mostly success thus far thanks to the forums where I have found great advice. -
Smoking two BIG turkeys!
Great idea DS. I am facing a similar situation. I have a 22# turkey but a family with a broken oven asked for some help so Im doing their 13# too. I also have the 40" MES. How long did your birds take?
