Amazen pellet smoker with gas grill question
This weekend I'm going to christen my new 3 burner Genesis II and AMNPS by smoking a pair of brined chickens with some hickory pellets, slow and low. I'm going to try's @gotbags-10's suggestion of putting the AMNPS in the drip tray. I just checked the fit and it looks to be a much better...- timblaktu

Has anyone ever done any smoking in an indoor fireplace? I live in a townhome that doesn't offer any personal outdoor space for me to operate a smoker, but my unit does have a great fireplace.
