Thanks Chef JimmyJ - was wondering how I was gonna handle that job. Maybe invite the kids over and put them to work but a smoke generator sounds like the way to go. Did some pork ribs and chicken last week and was very happy, chicken and brats today - still looking for good source if brisket... -
