New to building smokers
Hello my name is Tim and I have built a small beer keg gas smoker but its not big enough and I would rather use wood so I have a 100 gallon tank and no clue on where to start and I have no clue on measurements for fire box doors so I am looking for ideas or advice any help would be appreciated- smoker tim
