How accurate is the built in MES meat probe?
Just bought a new 40" MES and was wondering how accurate the meat probe is inside it? I see every using a seperate unit like the maverick or taylor units. Just wondering if its worth using or not. Maybe I'll find out when I get my Maverick unit. Thanks!!- mikedom

I've been reading here for over a year, and finally picked up a MES 40" at Sam's Club yesterday. Got a great season end deal there for $242.01, and can't wait to get started. Hope to fire it up this weekend!! Mike
