Brand new from IL
Brand new to smoking. Just got a Brinkmann Smoke N Pit Charcoal/grill smoker. I am a fulltime FF and a part time arborist. I get plenty of good wood and figured it was time to put it to good use. I am looking forward to the learning journey! Chris
