I bought my hubby an electric smoker for Christmas, and we are breaking it in.
We have smoked meat, sausage, veggies including peppers, and salmon.
We are hooked!
Last night I made green chicken enchiladas with smoked tomatillos and smoked chicken...
We just recently started smoking - bought a electric smoker for Christmas - and love it.
Can you tell me what temp to cook fresh chicken sausage, and what should the internal temp be when done?
