19lb 7bone prime rib
Hello, I am cooking a 7 bone prime rib on my Oklahoma joe offset barrel smoker Saturday. I plan to cook it at 250 till the internal temp is 125-130. I just can't seem to nail down a estimated cook time. Hope someone can help. I'm using hardwood lump charcoal. It weighs 19 lbs. Thanks in advance- Smokedad1984
