Boston Butts - Cooking Time Question
Hi so I'm new to smoking and I'm cooking qty 3 Boston Butt's tomorrow. All are around 4 lbs each. My question is simple, I know they say 90 minute per pound on the Boston Butts at the 250 temp. What if there's 3 at 4 lbs each? Would I do 90 minutes x 12 lbs(total) or would I do 90 minutes x 4...- soli3
