Question for you guys with a char grilled gravity fed grill. Are you able to get a good flame sear using this grill? I keep going back and forth between masterbuilt and char griller I just can't make up my mind. Thanks guys!
Anyone have any insight, looking to upgrade my pellet grill and this one caught my eye. Just using it as a grill as if I'm actually smoking i prefer my vertical smokers. Any personal experience would be great.
Just finished up the last of my geese for the year, about 40lbs finished I think. Anyway turned out great did a few different flavors, jalpeno/cheddar, garlic, and pepperoni/mozzarella. Turned out pretty good I think I'm going to use a binder for the next batch. One question though the casings...
Time to start processing geese and deer from this season. I've got a question out sticks should I hang them in smoker would it be alright to coil them up ona rack and cut after?
Looking forward to learning a lot hopefully. Hoping to learn some new tricks and recipes and to share some as well! Mostly wild game sausages etc is what I spend most of my time on with the smoker.
