    PitBoss 1100 not smoking

    My brand new PittBoss 1100 doesn’t seem to be working right... I set it to “Smoke” and P4. Every 20-25 minutes I will see smoke coming through the lid, it lasts for about 2 minutes then disappears. Did I do something wrong here?
