Controller problems
I recently got a smoker from someone who said it works. After plugging the unit up. I turned it on. But the temp and time button dont do anything. Is it a bad control panel?- Squiggs1989

Worked. Tripped breaker. Now not heating
Okay so first off I believe now that cleaning a smoker messes with its mojo. Someone told me not to clean it and I did it anyway. I got a smoker 20070311 for 25 bucks this past week. MES Smoker not heating.
First off my electric smoker has been down since november. I've been in contact with masterbuilt through email (taking months to sort) and Facebook messenger (immediate responses).
