Making jerky with egg yolks
I eat these meat snack bars from Epic https://epicprovisions.com/products/sausage-egg-apple-bar and the ingredients are chicken, organic dried egg yolk, dried apples, encapsulated lactic acid**, sea salt and spices. Any reason you can't make jerky with ingredients like this in a regular smoker?- jchiar
