I need help with a brisket
i made a brisket in a pellet grill with apple pellets. I used salt pepper garlic powder and paprika for rub. It tastes like something other than brisket. It has been cut already and u am interested in knowing how I can fix this or it will just be a waste. HELP please.- Dschippers71
