Replacing temp gauge with huge hole?
I recently bought a super cheap used offset smoker—you know it’s cheap when the temperature gauge doesn’t have actual numbers on it! However, it doesn’t have a stem, the whole thing just sort of twisted in, so when I take it out to replace it, the hole it leaves behind is huge (about 2.5”...- maber
