3LBs of Chuck roast cubed. Meat Church's Holy Cow Rub.
in the Rec Tec at 200°
Transferred to pan with beef broth and BBQ Sauce mix, and put back on the smoke until 200°
Found a recipe for Smoked Bacon Wrapped Armadillo Eggs and had to try them
All wrapped up, seasoned and on the smoker at 225 for 2 hours.
2 hours later.
Just found this site via google searches on pellet smokers. I've had a Weber Smokey and now interested in pellet grills. Rec Tec, Traeger, Green Mountain and Camp Chef is what I've been reviewing, the Rec Tec Stampede looks the best so far. I can be hard on purchasing, gotta research...
