Bradley upgrade
Hi all, I’m New to the forum so I hope I’m posting this in the right place. I have a Bradley digital for rack smoker that is giving me inaccurate temperature reading is inside the cabinet (buy as much is 40°). Does anyone know if I can modify the unit by removing the Bradley temperature sensor...- Griffstix
