Beginner, first time meatloaf question.
I got my first smoker recently, an MES 35b. After pre seasoning and doing some research, I have decided to start with a meatloaf. I am going to use my wife's recipe, sub the ketchup for bbq sauce, and wrap in bacon. From my research it seems that setting my temp to 275 and smoking for 3 to 4...- thendrix48
