Turkey Times - Very different from last year
Using the same recipe, a 14 pound smoked turkey on a Weber Smokey Mountain took me 11 hours to cook last year but only took 7 this year. Same temperature outside, same smoker temperature, very different cook times. Any ideas what could cause that? Guess I’m going to try to keep this damn thing...
