    New smoker MES 2.5 - Pulled Pork not so juicy

    I just completed my second smoke ever with my mes 2.5. I cooked the pulled pork for a total time of 8hrs, and although the taste was ok, it wasn't as juicy as I thought it should have been. Any tips for next time?
