Seasoning my MES 30. First timer here. Easy ? hopefully
Sorry if this is a dumb question in advance. I’m seasoning my MES 30 right now and followed the instructions set to 275 for 3 hours etc. I’m about a half hour in and my temp reads 290. Is this okay? I was under the impression it would max out at 275. Thanks. Scott- Scott L
