My first smoke (sorry no pictures)
Had some family over this weekend and decided to try out the smoker for the first time really. I'd seasoned it and done a quick pork roast a couple months ago but I'm not really counting that. Hi everyone, I'm a proud, recently new owner of a OK Joe Longhorn combo. My wife isn't into using charcoal for cooking, but I've always used a Weber kettle. We decided to "compromise" and get a combo unit, so we have gas for quick burgers & hotdogs, with the option to smoke larger roasts etc...
