Bugs
Hey all, I'm smoking some candied salmon in a masterchef electric smoker and the flys and wasps are going nuts. I'm worried about them flying into the vent. Anybody got any tips for keeping the bugs away from the meat that doesn't involve me standing here shooting them away? Thanks in advance.- Blzs
