Any tips for this smoker?
Total noob with smoking, just got this and need to learn. Going to clean it up tomorrow and fire it up, and try and figure out how to control the heat. There is a small hole on the top, which i guess is for the thermometer. Any good brands that I should look at? Do I worry about the heat...- Sean50
