I just ordered and received my Smoke Daddy PID controller, fan motor and auger motor for my Cabela's Magnum Pellet Smoker...which is made by Camp Chef. Russian Boar Boston Butt
I arrowed a 300lbs pure Russian Boar sow in October and just got my meat back from the butcher. I rubbed it yesterday and took it out of the fridge for two hours this morning. I got it in my Cable's Magnum Pellet Smoker at 08:30 @ 275F. Wish me luck, I hope this turns out. I'm not sure how the... -
