I have smoked chicken leg quarters, skin on, in the past. The results were very good. However for health reasons I want to smoke chicken leg quarters, skinless. I am worried about it being dry. Any advice?
Hi All, Wife just got me a smoker for my birthday. A Masterbuilt Pro electric smoker. I've done chicken leg quarters, beef ribs, pork ribs and tried vegetables. Oops on the veggies, but everything else was excellent. Am learning lots of tips and tricks from this web site. Happy to be aboard.
