Bottom door advice
Hi this is my vertical smoker I've built over in U.K. Had it going last night and really struggled to regulate the temp for longer than 2 hours at 225f. I'm almost certain I need to add a door at the bottom with an adjustable vent ??? Also the copper chimney at the top I made , I experimented...- smokey batemans
