1st offset smoker build, advice needed
So initially I was going to buy a Pecos or OK Joe smoker and mod it. I finally stumbled on a propane tank which I believe is about 90 gallons and plan on having a fabricator put it together based on my specs. Can't decide - Pecos or OKJ Highland
Looking to pick up my first wood fired offset smoker and simply can't pull the trigger. The Old Country Pecos looks good, but the problem is there aren't any Academy stores nearby so the total with shipping is $550.
