Breaking in the new smoker
Hi Guys, Finally got my smoker up and running (i hope). Has to get replacement parts from OLP...recieved several damaged items. So anway, cleaned everything inside. Gave everything a nice coat of peanut oil. Loaded some hickory and cherry chunks to season it. Looks like I am getting some...- al17online
