Mods for my cheap offset
Hey guys Got myself a cheap offset which I'm going to modify to help improve regulating temp (cast iron skillet as thermal mass/water pan, sealing any leaking joints, going to build a charcoal basket from an instant BBQ grate). New smoker from London UK
Hi guys, Just bought myself a cheap offset smoker (I know - should have researched a bit more) and looking forward to spending my weekends sat in front of it with a cooler full of bud lights. Live just outside London in the U.K. Weather looks like summer is on its way! Thanks
