Hey all, so I have an MES40 with four racks. Two full racks of baby back ribs fit on each rack in the MES. I'm looking to cook 6 racks of ribs at once.
So I've had great success with 2 racks of ribs at once using the 2-2-1 method at 225 degrees and my amnps burning both ends at the same time...
