MES Cold Smoke Kit Modification. It now smokes like a Drunken Sailor
Disappointed with the amount of smoke time in my MES 40" Electric, I added the cold smoke kit and was more disappointed, It burned a lot of chips but I didn't get much more smoke. 4 Years later a DUH moment came upon me! Hi Everyone I have two MES 40" smokers and one of them with the cold smoke kit(Modified) that actually works! This baby smokes way more than any pellet tube smoke generator. I do have an A-MAZE-N tube and a Charbroil tube but this mod to the cold smoke generator will have you neighbors complain...- tshirtmeister
