    New to the forum

    'ello! I'm new to the forum!  Have been browsing around trying to pick up some new knowledge. I'm in Ohio - currently using a MES 30" - About to upgrade to a 40" MES Love to smoke Ribs, Brisket, Pork Butt, Duck, Meatloaf Mac n Cheese and Potatoes. Hope to see you around on the forums!

    Cabela's MES 40" smoker or "Normal" Version?

    Hello!   I currently smoke with a 30" MES - Has worked great!  The one annoying thing is that it's not wide enough to cook a full brisket - or sometimes a full rack of ribs...
