Functional commercial gas oven smoker build
I bought this used gas convection oven for my kitchen but ended up using something else. It's fully functional and I want to turn it into a smoker now. Do I just need to run a smoke generator into it and hook it up to electric and gas and then I'm good to go?- hotsauces
