I've had this smoker for a month or so and like it. Have had a couple of issues with the temp spiking very high, occasionally. Typically when I'm doing a longer smoke. Anyone else have this issue? Also, does anyone not use the chip loader and just pull the chip tray and put in a bigger load...- centralpasmokin
