Boston butt ham
Ok guys I've used pops brine to turn a Boston butt into a ham worked perfectly fabulous ham in fact. Well I tried again same weight butt same amount of cure salt sugar etc day 13 of cure. Brine turned ugly got a bit smelly not sure what happened any ideas. Stayed sumerged in a sealed...- brent b
