Gravity Feed questions on Firebox and possible oven?
Greetings folks, I think I want to build a gravity feed smoker, but i dont know how the firebox is supposed to be configured. It would make sense that if I can adjust the grate level below the bottom of the chute, I can control the size of fire, and therefore temperature in the cooker. I cook...- lonthefonz
